The RN III provides advanced direct patient care and serves as a clinical expert for the Bone Marrow Transplant unit. They also lead shared governance activities, mentor staff, and coordinate unit-wide education initiatives.
Candidates must hold an Associate's degree in Nursing and a current Texas or Compact State RN license. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing must be obtained within 2.5 years of hire, along with BLS certification.
