Physical therapists are consistently needed across Pennsylvania in acute care, rehabilitation, and long-term care settings, and employers often prefer candidates with prior clinical experience while still considering new graduates with a valid or pending license. These roles can be competitive because schedules, patient mix, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage vary by facility.
