Job
Responsibilities: Positions patients and selects anatomic and technical parameters accurately. Applies As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) principle to minimize exposure to patient, self, and others. Implements radiation protection and safety standards. Prepares for and assists the physician in computed tomography procedures. Prepares and administers contrast media and/or medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.
