The Inpatient Therapist is responsible for facilitating individual and group therapy sessions for patients with trauma, mood disorders, and substance use complications. They also conduct intake assessments, provide crisis intervention, and participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary clinical team.
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline and possess a current Graduate Clinical Licensure in the District of Columbia (LGPC/LPC). A minimum of one to two years of experience in direct clinical services within a behavioral health setting is required.
