Evaluate patients' physical abilities in a home setting and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and reduce pain. Provide therapeutic interventions and educate patients and caregivers on safety and home exercise programs.
Requires an active Texas Physical Therapist license and a graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Experience in home health or rehabilitative settings is preferred.
Active Physical Therapist license in Texas.
