The LPN will provide high-quality direct patient care, manage care plans, and coordinate with the nursing team to ensure resident needs are met. They are also responsible for medication administration, accurate record-keeping, and providing leadership to nursing personnel.
Candidates must hold a nursing degree from an accredited institution and possess an active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Oregon. Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records, fluency in English, and active CPR/BLS certification are also required.
