The Physical Therapist will implement resident-centered care plans to support physical, emotional, and clinical needs within the community. They will work with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic therapy services, including specialty programs for older adults.
We are hiring resident-centered Physical Therapists - PRN weekend coverage to join our team. All of our residents live within our award-winning campus, creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care. Our Physical Therapists provide a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. They are responsible for implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.

Candidates must hold a valid Physical Therapy license for the State of Maryland and meet current Medicare and state requirements. Experience in documenting care for regulatory compliance and therapeutic experience with older adults is preferred.
