The technician will provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients, including monitoring vitals, administering medications, and assisting with emergency procedures. They will also maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with the veterinary team to implement effective care plans.
Candidates should have experience in an ICU, emergency, or specialty veterinary setting and possess strong knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures. A Veterinary Technician License (LVT, RVT, or CVT) is preferred but not required.
The Veterinary Patient Care/ICU Technician/Assistant will provide advanced clinical care to critically ill or injured patients in the intensive care unit (ICU) and other hospital areas. This role requires a highly motivated and skilled individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in emergency and critical care, along with a strong understanding of patient care and monitoring.
