Esse Health is currently looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for the Office Dr. Sri Kolli located at 416 Old Smizer Road in Fenton!

Opportunity

• Full-time opening
• Monday -
• Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.,
• Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
• No nights, weekends, or holidays
• Outpatient focused clinical practice

Day-to-Day

• Join a collaborative team and develop a 1:1 relationship with patients and clinical staff members
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
• Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and diagnostic assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physician partner
• Emphasize preventive care, wellness, and patient education
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (NextGen)
• Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team
• Participate in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree of Science in Nursing or Physician Assistant-Master’s Degree
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in Missouri (or eligibility)
