As an Outpatient Group Clinician, you’ll facilitate engaging, clinically sound group sessions that support clients in Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) levels of care. You’ll play a key role in creating a safe, supportive, and transformative space where clients can explore recovery through a whole-person approach—mind, body, and spirit.
Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field Active New York provisional license/permit (LMSW, MHC-LP, or MFT-LP) required Independent licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) strongly preferred Experience facilitating group therapy required Outpatient or substance use treatment experience preferred Why Join Us? Rates vary based on the nature of the work performed (clinical vs. non-clinical responsibilities), as well as experience and credentials. Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions. This is not a fee-for-service position. Non-clinical hours: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour Clinical hours: $55.00 – $80.00 per hour
