The physical therapist will evaluate patients to create individualized plans of care and deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment. They are also responsible for monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans to ensure meaningful outcomes.
Candidates must be a licensed physical therapist or have the ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice. A passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care is required for this role.

$85k-$110k salary and inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
