Perform occupational therapy services including evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatments. Maintain ongoing communication with the Director of Brain Injury Rehabilitation and the rehab staff.
Must be a licensed occupational therapist. Experience in visual re-training therapy is preferred.
New department. We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist to perform occupational therapy services to include OT evaluations/re-evaluations, OT treatments, completing appropriate documentation, ongoing communication with the Director of Brain Injury Rehabilitation and rehab staff. Prefer an OT with visual re-training therapy experience.
