Market context

NICU coverage remains in steady demand

In Pennsylvania, neonatologist roles are typically driven by ongoing need for NICU, special care nursery, and well newborn coverage, especially where 24-hour in-house shifts are part of the schedule. These positions are competitive because they require broad neonatal coverage, comfort with extended in-house call, and readiness to support multiple levels of newborn care. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your shift availability and experience across NICU, SCN, and well newborn settings before applying.
