Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Arizona and have graduated from an accredited U.S.-based program. Additionally, they must possess DEA licensure and be eligible for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment.

An established outpatient family medicine clinic in Prescott, Arizona is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive, high-quality primary care. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule with no evening, weekend, or on-call duties—ideal for providers prioritizing both patient impact and personal balance. The clinic promotes a streamlined, patient-centered model of care with onsite scribe support, collaborative team dynamics, and manageable patient volumes to ensure focus on quality over quantity.

Key Responsibilities Deliver primary care services to a diverse patient panel across all age groups Conduct annual physicals, wellness exams, and preventive screenings Diagnose and manage common acute conditions and chronic diseases Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Order, interpret, and follow up on lab results, imaging, and diagnostics Educate patients on health maintenance, medication adherence, and lifestyle management Coordinate care with onsite colleagues and external specialists Accurately document all clinical encounters within the EMR (supported by full-time scribes) Maintain an average daily patient volume of 10–15 visits
