We are hiring Physical Therapists for Full-time, Part-time or Per-Diem work schedules.
Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes under a home health plan of care. This role focuses on short-term, intermittent care for patients recovering from illness, injury, or hospitalization.
In-Home outpatient physical therapist (Ihop – medicare part b)
Deliver outpatient-level physical therapy services in patients' homes and assisted living communities. This role often includes ongoing therapy for post-surgical patients and those requiring longer-term rehabilitation.

The full time pay range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 per year and represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a current Connecticut Physical Therapist license. A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in home health or outpatient settings is required.
