What
You'll Do: As a Per Diem Community Care Registered Nurse with Mainstay, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centered non-clinical nursing support to formly homelss individuals who are tranistioning into supportive housing. Your will directly contribute to housing stability and improved health outcomes for individuals who have been chronically unhoused. This position will be part of our growing BRIDGE program. Clients served through this program have varying levels of independence and diverse support needs, including substance use disorders and physical and/or behavioral health conditions. The Per Diem Community Care Registered Nurse will provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting autonomy and dignity. This is a per diem role, with hours varying week to week and averaging approximately 4–10 hours. The schedule is flexible, allowing visits to be arranged based on your availability and client needs. As the program grows we will be able to offer more hour.
