The Registered Nurse will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and evaluating individualized patient care plans while administering medications and performing skilled treatments. Key duties also include conducting patient assessments, providing ADL support, collaborating with care teams, and documenting patient progress.
Candidates must possess a current and valid RN license in Massachusetts, along with computer literacy and strong documentation skills. Prior RN experience in homecare or clinical settings, strong interpersonal skills, a current driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification are also required.
$32.00 - $100.00 per hour
