The Therapist/Case Manager provides case management for each patient assigned to their caseload, including contact with the referring agency and completing required documentation. They facilitate group therapy, family therapy, and individual therapy sessions, documenting appropriately in the clinical record.
Candidates must have a Master's Degree in a Human Services field and a minimum of two years of experience as a social worker or professional counselor. They must also be pursuing South Carolina licensure and possess knowledge of therapeutic relationships and crisis management.
