This flexible, on-call role offers the opportunity to contribute your pharmacy expertise in a supportive, mission-driven health system.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate medication dispensing, patient counseling, and collaboration with healthcare professionals to promote patient wellness and disease prevention.
Key responsibilities Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide appropriate counseling to patients Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Review and interpret prescription orders to verify accuracy and appropriateness Maintain accurate patient records, including medication histories and interactions Provide information and guidance on over-the-counter medications and health-related products What you will need Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy Pharmacist license to practice in the state of Wisconsin Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross What we offer Competitive wage range of $59.73 - $89.59 per hour, based on experience 20% pay differential in lieu of benefits for casual employees Supportive departmental leadership and collaborative work environment Our culture & values At Emplify Health by Gundersen, we live our mission of empathy amplified through belonging, respect, excellence, accountability, teamwork, and humility.
