The Medical Assistant/Scribe will perform clinical support tasks, including taking medical histories and assisting with procedures, while accurately transcribing provider notes. They will also collaborate with the team to ensure efficient patient flow and maintain comprehensive patient records.
Candidates must hold a current Washington state MA certification and possess at least two years of medical office experience. Proficiency in EMR software, Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills are required.

Current MA certification in the state of WA is preferred, but not required. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Two or more years of medical office experience is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in general office duties and contracted insurance plans. Excellent data entry, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong telephone and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and EMR software. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA policies.
