About the role

Provide speech and language rehabilitation services to pediatric clients within a collaborative, team-oriented clinic environment. Maintain accurate documentation and work alongside occupational and physical therapists to support patient care.

Speech & Language Rehabilitation Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our established pediatric therapy team in Fayetteville.

We have proudly served our community for over 30 years and recently expanded into a larger, updated clinic at 620 College Street, Clinton, NC 28328.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment alongside Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and supportive administrative staff.

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

This is an in-office pediatric therapy role with no travel required.

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license, or eligibility for licensure Passion for working with pediatric clients Strong communication skills Strong documentation skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Salary: $75,000–$100,000 per year Full-time or part-time flexibility $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires Health insurance Established referral base Collaborative team environment Long-standing, reputable practice Updated clinic space In-office setting with no travel required Paid time off

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. An active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure is required.
