The Quality/EMR Coordinator is responsible for the systematic acquisition and integration of donor medical records from various healthcare facilities to assess suitability for transplantation. This role also involves maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all donor documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in healthcare, specifically in medical records or quality assurance, with proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

We are seeking a Quality/Electronic Medical Records Coordinator who is tasked with the timely and systematic acquisition of donor medical records from hospitals and other facilities required to assess the suitability of recovered tissues for transplantation. Following record retrieval, this position is responsible for to ensuring accuracy and completeness of records obtained while maintaining strict confidentiality of donor information.

1. Utilize hospital contacts and EMR access to request and retrieve donor medical records for review by tissue recovery partners.
