NFI North, Inc. is seeking a Health Coordinator for our 8 bed THS Manchester position. This program is a residential treatment and day program with a reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational and peer support services and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI).
Provide direct care to participants, oversee medication administration while on shift, complete medical documentation and manage external provider visits and programmatic medical supplies. Coordinate with an NFI registered nurse to provide medication administration oversight as needed.
Associates degree preferred with two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with participant population. Medication dispensation preferred, but not required.
