Provide skilled, one-on-one physical therapy services in patient homes, including gait training, strengthening, and mobility exercises. Maintain accurate electronic documentation and collaborate with supervising physical therapists to ensure patient-centered care.
Candidates must hold an associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and a current Connecticut PTA license. At least two years of clinical experience is preferred, along with a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00 per hour and represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
