Market context

Dental roles in Maryland stay competitive

Maryland dental assistants and hygiene support roles are typically in steady demand because practices need reliable patient-facing staff who can manage chairside support and office flow. Competition often centers on interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and any prior clinical exposure, while benefits like dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off can make offers more attractive. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here against the original posting, and be ready to highlight customer service experience and any hands-on dental or hygiene background in your application.
