The technician will assist veterinarians with patient assessments, treatment plans, and emergency procedures while providing nursing care and monitoring for hospitalized patients. They are also responsible for performing laboratory tests, managing anesthesia, and educating clients on home care and medication.
Candidates must have prior veterinary experience, with emergency experience being highly desired. Proficiency in drug calculations and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment are essential.
Proposed work schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday from 4p-12a and Tuesday's from 12p-12a
