The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide direct physical therapy services to seniors in a home health setting across South Franklin and Fairfield counties. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to advance better living and care for senior patients.

Full Time: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Mileage Reimbursement

Locations supported: South Franklin County and Fairfield County

Qualified candidates for this position offer

  • Education: Associate Degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy from an approved curriculum
  • Experience: Two to four years' experience preferred.
