PRN | Days | Nights What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities Provide direct and indirect patient care addressing psychosocial, physical, and overall patient needs Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team Deliver high-quality care with professionalism, initiative, and accountability under the supervision of the ER physician Assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient conditions Perform general nursing duties across departments within the scope of the RN license Accurately interpret EKGs, lab results, and other diagnostic information to support patient care What We Are Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program Current Tennessee RN license Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications One year of hospital experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Proficiency in interpreting EKGs, laboratory results, and related diagnostics Why Join the Team?
