The Community Support Specialist provides individual and group sessions to help clients build life skills, recovery, and community independence. They also conduct functional assessments, develop recovery plans, and provide crisis intervention and outreach support.
Candidates must have a high school diploma with at least 4 years of behavioral health experience, or an associate degree with 2 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree. A valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 and electronic health records are required.
