The provider will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose skin conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans for residents in long-term care facilities. They will also perform procedures such as skin biopsies and wound care while coordinating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Candidates must hold an active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, a DEA license, and a Master's degree in Nursing. A minimum of 6 months of experience in long-term care and one year of experience in dermatology are required.
