The Hospice Registered Nurse will assess and monitor the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients to create and implement personalized hospice care plans. They will also provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and symptom management, while educating families and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school with a current state licensure and at least one year of nursing experience. A valid driver's license and insured automobile are required for travel to patient homes.
