About the role

The Hospice Registered Nurse will assess and monitor the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients to create and implement personalized hospice care plans. They will also provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and symptom management, while educating families and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order About our Line of Business Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, providing support for patients, families, and caregivers in their time of need. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school with a current state licensure and at least one year of nursing experience. A valid driver's license and insured automobile are required for travel to patient homes.
