Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. The role requires less than one year of experience and the ability to communicate professionally within a healthcare team.

The PCA assists in delivering safe, effective, patient-centered care while ensuring a clean, orderly environment and demonstrating service excellence behaviors to promote patient and family satisfaction.
