The Resident Care Aide provides direct personal care and support to residents to promote their comfort, independence, and dignity. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, documenting care, and collaborating with the nursing team to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Candidates must hold a current Nursing Assistant certification or have completed a Certified Home Health Aide program. Applicants should demonstrate patience, compassion, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
