The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence and quality of life. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor patient progress and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold an active and valid Texas Occupational Therapy license and be in good standing with regulatory boards. Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is preferred, along with strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
