What You’ll Do Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist Help patients improve independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, strength, and functional tasks Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive patient outcomes Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment updates with the supervising Occupational Therapist Complete timely, accurate documentation supporting quality patient care and regulatory compliance
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure) in Minnesota
