Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an active Physician license in Pennsylvania and have at least 2 years of experience in addiction medicine. Board certification in Family Practice or a related field is required, with a preference for board-certified candidates.

The Physician – Addiction Medicine / MAT provides direct medical care and ensures the systematic delivery of high-quality clinical services in an outpatient substance use disorder treatment setting. This role collaborates closely with the Program Director, Clinical Director, multidisciplinary clinical staff, health plans, and community partners to support regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, and client engagement.
The Physician is responsible for medical assessments, diagnosis, medication management, and care coordination, with a primary focus on methadone initiation and maintenance and other MAT services.
