Access Physical Therapy & Wellness

The physical therapist will evaluate patients to create individualized plans of care and deliver hands-on, patient-centered treatment. They are also responsible for monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Candidates must be a licensed physical therapist or have the ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice. A passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care is required, with experience in vestibular rehabilitation considered a plus.

Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice) Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care Experience in vestibular rehabilitation (dizziness, vertigo, balance impairments) is a plus. $85K - $110K + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
