The Case Manager provides trauma-informed support and advocacy to survivors of domestic and sexual violence to help them achieve personalized goals. Responsibilities include managing case files, facilitating skill-building workshops, and collaborating with community partners to provide essential resources.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent experience, along with at least one year of experience in case management or behavioral health. A valid driver's license and the ability to commute to Pontiac are mandatory requirements.
The Survivor Resources Case Manager works closely with HAVEN clients, encouraging, empowering, educating, and supporting them to achieve their personalized goals through continuous partnership, assessment, monitoring, evaluation, and intervention when needed.
Tuesday-Saturday. 9a-6p shifts with one late shift 12p-9 (day of the week is flexible) and Saturday 10a-2p
