The Home Care Assistant/Universal Aide delivers quality home care services under the direction of a registered nurse, performing assigned tasks according to physician directions and industry standards. This role involves assisting participants with activities of daily living, monitoring health status, and participating in the implementation of activity programs.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, along with current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in North Carolina, and required CPR/First Aid certification. A minimum of one year of experience working with the frail or elderly population is mandatory, along with reliable transportation and the ability to meet insurance carrier standards.

Duties: and Responsibilities:
1. High school diploma or equivalent/ Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A). 2. Requirements of C.N.A are current certification as Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of North Carolina required. 3. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/First Aid certification required.
A minimum of one year of experience in working with the frail or elderly population required.
