Implements and documents nursing interventions, patient education, and interdisciplinary care coordination. Accurately interprets and executes physician orders using critical thinking and clinical judgment. Evaluates patient outcomes and revises plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Delegates and supervises care appropriately to ensure quality and safety. Performs technical skills and administers medications and treatments safely per policy. Demonstrates professional accountability through leadership, teamwork, continuous learning, and participation in organizational activities.
