The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient care, including acute and preventive services and chronic disease management for patients of all ages. They will work within a team-based environment supported by APRNs, nurses, and care coordinators to deliver evidence-based care.
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. They must also be eligible for a New Hampshire medical license and a Federal DEA registration.
