The Developmental Technician provides direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including assistance with hygiene, medication administration, and daily activities. They also maintain a safe environment, document individual progress, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Applicants are required to complete a state-approved medication aide course and pass competency exams to be placed on the Nebraska Medication Aide Registry.
