The Licensed Practical Nurse will deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans. They are also responsible for monitoring patient conditions and supporting safe transitions during the discharge planning process.

Current state licensure as Licensed Practical Nurse. Additional requirements include: CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred. Candidates must have graduated from an accredited nursing program and hold a current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Additionally, a CPR/BCLS certification is required, and six months of acute care experience is preferred.
