The transplant surgeon will perform deceased-donor renal and simultaneous kidney/pancreas transplants while managing inpatient admissions. Responsibilities also include reviewing and accepting organ offers and providing call coverage.
Candidates must hold an active North Carolina license and be board certified in both Transplant and General Surgery. A minimum of 5 years of experience, fellowship training, and current BLS/ACLS certifications are required.
