The Psychiatric Technician is responsible for administering medication, monitoring patient health, and documenting resident behavior and vital signs. They also assist in staff training and act as lead staff when administrators are unavailable.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or G.E.D. and a valid driver's license. Previous mental health experience is preferred, and the role requires availability for full-time night shifts including weekends and holidays.
