Doctor who has:
Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) degree from a accredited naturopathic medical institution
Successful completion of the Naturopathic Physicians Licensing Examinations (NPLEX)
Current and valid state licensure as a Naturopathic Doctor (ND)
Board certification in relevant specialty areas, if applicable
DEA Dispensing License
Minimum 3 years of Naturopathic Doctor experience in primary care or related field
