Requires an active, unencumbered Maryland license as an LCPC or LCSW-C and a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Candidates must possess an active NPI number and be comfortable using EHR systems and virtual platforms.
Nurse Practitioner On Call (NPOC) is a growing behavioral health provider delivering accessible, high-quality mental health services across outpatient settings, assisted living communities, and partner care facilities. We’re building a flexible, clinician-centered model that allows therapists to focus on what matters most: meaningful client care.
We are seeking a Fully Licensed Therapist (LCPC or LCSW-C) to provide 100% remote Telehealth services on a fee-for-service basis.
This role is ideal for clinicians who want the freedom to work from home while maintaining meaningful client relationships and delivering high-quality care.
Conduct diagnostic assessments and intake evaluations via Telehealth Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions remotely Develop and maintain treatment plans Perform risk assessments and crisis intervention as appropriate Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation (within 24 hours) Ensure compliance with Telehealth regulations and payer requirements Verify and document client location and emergency contacts for each session
Work Setting: Fully remote (Telehealth only) Services delivered via NPOC-approved HIPAA-compliant platforms
Fee-for-service structure: $100 per completed intake / diagnostic evaluation $70 per completed follow-up session
Flexible schedule based on your availability No guaranteed caseload; volume depends on referrals and authorizations Opportunity to build a consistent caseload over time
Active, unencumbered Maryland license (LCPC or LCSW-C) Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field Active NPI number (Type 1) Experience providing Telehealth therapy preferred Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual platforms Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills

Maintain professional liability insurance ($1M/$3M minimum) Eligible for Medicaid and/or Medicare credentialing (preferred) Compliance with all HIPAA and Telehealth regulations
