The physician will work closely with other clinicians to ensure that patients receive appropriate, timely, and well-coordinated care. This role is focused on providing ambulatory care without hospital responsibilities.
Candidates must have completed a Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, an accredited internship and residency, and hold an active license to practice medicine in New York State. Board certification is required, but upcoming new graduates may be considered if they are board eligible.
Community Care Internal Medicine – Delmar, part of Community Care Physicians (CCP), is a well-established primary care practice focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients. Located within the Delaware Avenue Health Park, the practice offers convenient access to a full range of specialty and ancillary services, supporting coordinated, comprehensive care for patients.

We are seeking a full-time Physician to join our adult primary care team. This position is open to Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians who are interested in caring for patients age 18 and older in a collaborative, team-based environment. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care, building long-term patient relationships, and contributing to quality outcomes.
Competitive benefits and compensation package including a base salary of $275,000 and 100% covered health insurance!
Qualified candidates should have completion of Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Medicine (MD), completion of an accredited internship and residency and an active license to practice medicine in NYS. Must be currently board certified by an American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) Member Board or an approved American Osteopathic Association (AOA) specialty board. Upcoming new graduates will still be considered in a board eligible status.
