About the role

The RN is responsible for maintaining medical records, coordinating patient appointments, and monitoring detoxification symptoms. They also assist the Director of Nursing with medical supply procurement and maintaining a therapeutic environment.

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Nurse to join our clinical team. In this role, you will be on the front lines of patient care, ensuring medical safety while fostering a therapeutic environment built on trust and professional excellence.

  • Care: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide medical assessments tailored to patients in various stages of recovery and withdrawal.

  • Management: Utilize strong verbal de-escalation skills to manage challenging behaviors and maintain a calm, safe environment for both patients and staff.
  • Clinical
  • Documentation: Maintain consistent, accurate, and timely electronic health records (EHR). Your documentation will be the backbone of our clinical compliance and patient progress tracking.
  • Professional
  • Boundaries: Maintain a high standard of professional ethics, ensuring clear boundaries are established and upheld within the therapeutic relationship.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including counselors, medical directors, and case managers, to provide holistic care.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensure: Valid, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Experience: Prior experience in behavioral health, detox, or substance abuse treatment is highly preferred.
  • Certifications: BLS/CPR certification required.

Requirements

Candidates must be a Registered Nurse in the state of employment and be comfortable working independently. Compliance with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program protocols is required.
