The technician will support ER doctors by performing triage, stabilizing patients, and assisting with medical procedures and treatments. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and providing advanced nursing care to emergency and post-operative patients.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and hold a veterinary technician certification (LVT, RVT, or CVT). A minimum of 2 to 4 years of emergency and critical care experience is required depending on credential status.

The ER/ICU Certified Veterinary Technician/Experienced Veterinary Technicians must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and medical care, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and optimal patient outcomes. Strong communication skills are essential to maintain seamless coordination and provide the best possible experience for both patients and staff.
